Apple and Fruit Rolls
- 4 cups peeled and cut apples
- 1/2 cup of apple juice
- 2 tbsp. white sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 ½ cups fruit of your choice

Preheat oven to 175F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan, add the apples, water, sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until apples have softened.

Pour into a food processor, add the remaining fruit and blend until smooth.

Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake until dry, about 3 to 4 hours.

Cut and roll.
