Apple and Fruit Rolls

  • 4 cups peeled and cut apples
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 tbsp. white sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 ½ cups fruit of your choice


  1. Preheat oven to 175F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium saucepan, add the apples, water, sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until apples have softened.

  3. Pour into a food processor, add the remaining fruit and blend until smooth.

  4. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake until dry, about 3 to 4 hours.

  5. Cut and roll.
