Ingredients
  • 3 large tortillas
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Oil of choice for cooking
Topping ideas
  • Greek yogurt, cream cheese, jams, nut butter...

  • Crumbled nuts, shredded coconut, chocolate chips...
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and have a muffin tin handy.

  2. Using a circle cutter or knife, cut out 3 smaller circles from each large tortilla.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.

  4. Dip tortillas in oil, then cover with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.

  5. Place muffin tins upside down, then insert tortilla between 2 slots to form a taco. Repeat.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until tortillas are crisp.

  7. Garnish and enjoy!
