Ingredients Doughnuts
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 apples, diced
  • 1 ½ tbsp. salted butter
  • 3 tbsp. apple juice
  • 1 tsp. apple pie spice
  • 1 tbsp. flour
Directions

  2. Apple filling: Peel and dice the apples.

  3. Peel and dice the apples.

  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter and apple juice.

  5. Add apples and spices, mix well, cover and cook until apples are soft.

  6. Add flour, mix and cook for about 1 minute.

  7. Set aside.

  10. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  12. Form small balls of dough, making sure to fill them with a small amount of filling.
