Grandma’s Turkey Stuffing
- 1 ½ cups bread cut into small cubes
- 3 cups diced apples
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, cut into cubes
- 2 cups chopped celery
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup apple juice
- ½ tsp. chopped sage

Preheat oven to 350F.

Lightly oil a 9 X 13 pan, set aside.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the bread cubes, the apples and the parsley, set aside.

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Add onions and celery, add salt and pepper. Cook for about 4 minutes or until tender.

Add the chicken broth, apple juice and sage, bring to boil.

Remove from heat and add the bread cube mixture, mix well.

Pour the mixture into the previously oiled mold.

Cook for 30 minutes and serve.
