Vinaigrette
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup white vinegar or white wine
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. Allen’s apple juice
½ tsp. salt
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove of garlic
Pasta Salad
4 cups orzo or pasta of your choice
2 red apples, diced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
½ cup chopped red onion
1 can chickpeas
In an airtight container, add all dressing ingredients, mix well.
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and dressing and mix well.
