Holiday Cranberry Apple Punch
- 2 cups Cranberries
- ½ cup Water
- ½ cup Maple sirup
- 2 tbsp Fresh chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp Ground cloves
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 cups Cranberry cocktail
- 1 cup Apple juice
- 1 ½ cup Vodka
- 5 cups Sparkling water
- *Optional: cinnamon sugar for the rim of the glass, slices of orange, mint, star anise for presentation.

In a large pan, bring ½ a cup of water, the cranberries, the maple syrup, the ginger and all the spices to a boil. Let boil for 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Let it cool.

In a large pitcher, combine the cranberry mixture, cranberry juice, apple juice and vodka, stir. Let it cool.

Just before serving, add the sparkling water. Dress the glasses and serve.
