Apple Bourbon Bundt Cake
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 ¼ cups vegetable oil
- ¼ cup Allen’s apple juice
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp grounded nutmeg
- 3 cups peeled apples cut in dices
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup non-sallted butter
- 3 tbsp Bourbon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ cup 35% cream
- ½ cup sugar powder

For the cake: Preheat the oven at 350F and grease the cake mold.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, the sugar, the oil and the vanilla extract.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.

Pour the mixture in the mold and cook for approximately 70 minutes.

For the bourbon icing: In a pan, add the brown sugar, the butter, the Bourbon, the vanilla and the salt. Cook over motten fire, until the brown sugar is all melted, then remove from heat. Add the cream and the sugar powder, stirring until the mixture is homogeneous.

Ice the cake with the mixture and add decoration to your pleasing.
