Ingredients
  • 2 cups (500ml) fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 3/4 cups (180 ml) Allen's cranberry cocktail
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) vodka
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) white corn sirup
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
  • 1 lime (zeste & juice)
Directions
  1. Pour and mix the cranberries,cranberry cocktail, vodka, corn syrup and sugar, in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.Let simmer 15 minutes at low. Remove from heat and let cool.

  2. Add the zest & lime juice, and stir.

  3. Put the mix into the blender. Stir for 2-3 minutes, until you get a smooth puree. Filter the preparation and place into an airtight container.

  4. Cover and leave in the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until serving.
